Begin at the North Garden parking lot for easy, paved foot paths through the heart of the red rock formations. From the South Garden parking lot there are approximately 5 miles of trails for mountain biking and hiking. In addition, all one-way roads in the park have paved bike lanes.
Three popular trails are:
PERKINS CENTRAL GARDEN TRAIL, an easy 1.5 mile, wheelchair and stroller accessible loop over a paved foot path in the heart of the Garden below towering red rock formations.
SIAMESE TWINS TRAIL, a moderate 1 mile loop with a 150 foot rise provides a unique view of Peak through a natural window in the twin red rocks.
RIDGE TRAIL, a moderate 1/2 mile loop over a rocky path with outstanding scenic views.
